Suncrest Homes offered 12 new homes between 1242 square feet to more than 1550 square feet in Orchard Meadows. This neighborhood of 25 homes was conveniently located at the edge of the city limits among farmland and rural home sites near the foothills as they unfold their way a short drive to historic Jacksonville.
Several lots enjoyed a prime position at the end of a quiet cul de sac, or choose a fine corner for your new home. We offered a variety of floor plans with three or four bedrooms and two or more baths. Or, we can design a custom home for you on lots ranging from some 6,000 square feet to nearly 11,000.
While these fine Suncrest homes were comparable in price to other new homes in the area, they were incomparable in quality of construction and fine, standard features.
