Heritage Station was a collection of new homes inspired by the past. We've taken a page from the days when life was a bit slower, the neighborhood a bit friendlier, the home more inviting. We've noticed that the often unseen quality that makes a great neighborhood is a variety of home styles. For that reason, we offered a choice of 12 models on 21 lots.
Like the great historic neighborhoods, Heritage Station features a variety of architectural eras.
A common element of those styles is the front porch, and all our homes feature spacious porches. We've placed them nearer the sidewalk so you can visit with your neighbors as they walk by. We've moved the garages back, too, so it looks like people, not cars, live in Heritage Station. All within walking distance to downtown.
