This new neighborhood was conveniently located in South Talent off of Creel Rd. The area has mountain views, a quite location and large flat lots. The homes ranged from 1,779 square feet to over 2,000. Because the lots in Creel Estates average over 90 feet wide we have been able to create a whole new set of one level floor plans, with lots of creativity and flexibility.
We had three bedroom and four bedroom plans, 2 car garages with a shop area or 3 car garage versions, some plans had a bonus room over the garage for storage, home office, or college student. All of our homes were traditionally styled and with averaging 70 wide there will be lots of windows and focus on the large backyards. This neighborhood was a rare chance to have large homes on large flat lots all for a reasonable price.
